New upstream vesion, 1.17.27, fixes CVE-2015-0860

- Add start-stop-daemon because could be useful: https://github.com/gammu/gammu/issues/75 (RH
  system not support start-stop-daemon)
- Drop dpkg-tar-invocation.patch it is already is sources.
