Fix build for all versions, previous try wasn't correct and back with

dpkg-perl-libexecdir.epel6.patch .
- Added dpkg-perl-libexecdir.epel6.patch just for fix epel <= 6 .
- Cleaned some trailing whitespaces.
- Use _localstatedir instead /var .
