qwt5-qt5

This is a fork of Qwt-5.2.3, the last stable release of the 5.x branch, built with Qt5. The differences from the upstream release include bugfixes, some code modernization/standardization and some changes to its build automation to facilitate building with Qt5 and integration into Fedora.
