Subject: [PATCH] Update to 1.832

- New upstream release 1.832
  - Added LWP::UserAgent to list for enabling posix_exit
  - Improved number-sequence generation for big integers
  - Improved wantarray support in MCE::Mutex synchronize
  - Removed limit check on chunk_size option
