- Remove BR: vtk-devel because VTK support is disabled. Incompatible
combination: OpenCV + Qt5 and VTK ver.6.2.0 + Qt4
- Enable build with Qt5.
- Enable build with OpenGL.
- Enable build with UniCap.
- Also requires opencv-contrib when install opencv-devel (#1329790).
- Merge from 2.4.12.3 package:
