Subject: [PATCH] Fix encoding for gap.xml (use UTF-8)

The file is really ASCII-only (7 bit), so both ISO-8859-15 and UTF-8 works
|
||
|
|
but no need to use a deprecated encoding.
|
||
|
|
(this could help systems were support for those encodings has been removed).
|
||
