Neal Gompa	8f156f4363	Disable hardware decoders due to broken failure modes Even though we do not ship the necessary software to make these work out of the box, libavcodec does not correctly disable these to clients when no software implementation exists. Additionally, the codec preferences seem to be wonky and need to be tweaked before we turn these back on.	3 years ago
