set default wallpaper for gnome (rhbz #683179 ).

Supposedly the fedora-gnome wallpaper will be slightly different than
the other DEs one, but its not ready yet so using the current version
of fedora 15 beta wallpaper.

other desktops like LXDE, adjust the description and summary
* use correct suffix in file-names in -compat subpackage
